A Note for SpringTree Crossing Home Owners:

By Board of Director     Apr 01,2024

A note for our owners:

The Springtree Crossing Annual meeting that was rescheduled for March 19th met quorum and held elections.   The results of the election held at the meeting are:

Elias Desalegn, Ricardo Ruvalcaba, and Richard Senger were elected to the Board for 2-year terms.

As was discussed at the meeting, the Board will continue to work to save money that could be used for improvements at the property.  Two of the priorities are fence replacement and roof replacement for the buildings not yet re-roofed.

You can continue to help with monthly operating expenses by conserving water.  Water costs last year were higher than expected. Higher efficiency toilets and faucets help reduce water costs.   You may be eligible for a free high-efficiency toilet from the City of Dallas that uses less water.  See the posting on Springtree's website and the City of Dallas website for more information.   Money saved in operating provides more funds that could be used for other needs like these fences and roofs.

Also, please help in keeping Springtree clean by not littering, bagging trash before putting it in the dumpsters, putting cardboard and recyclables in that container at the south of the property, and by not placing any construction, remodel, furniture, appliances, or other large items at or in the dumpsters.  These items should be hauled off the property by you or your contractor so that you do not receive violations and fines,  and so the property does not incur additional disposal costs for these items.  On how to dispose of large items yourself at the City of Dallas locations please check their website for dates, times, and places you can dispose of items.

Thanks for your help.

Elias,

President of Springtree Crossing Board of Directors,
